MEAT BINGO AT ROMEO VFW The Romeo VFW Post 2052 will hold Meat Bingo from 6:30-9 p.m., the second and fourth Wednesday of each month. The next bingo will be Wednesday, June 24. You must be at least 18 years. Snacks will be available for a donation. Proceeds will benefit the support the post offers during the year. The post is located at 70455 McVicar Road. For information call 586-243-8288.* * * * LEARN TO RUN 5K AND 10K RACE A new program is beginning for people interested in learning how to run a race. The 10-week program run by experienced runners and racers will include a training plan geared for new runners and two weekly group runs. The session ends with entry into the Peach Festival 5K or 10K race on Sept. 3. The group will meet from 6-7 p.m., Tuesday and Thursday, June 30-Sept. 3, at the Romeo Trailside Park.
